Lemon tarte


Pie shell: 

250g of flour
125g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
50ml of water


First mix the flour, the butter and the pinch of salt with your hand;

Then add the egg yolk and water,
and knead the dough well;
Spread the dough on the work surface (do not forget to put flour so that it does not stick)

with a cookie cutter you cut it and put it in the smallmolds
then let stand 15min
then bake it at 180 for 20min


Lemon cream: 

1 lemon (zest + juice)
3 s Maïzena
3/4 boiling water
3/4 sugar
2 egg yolks.
