Velvet Cake

My RED VELVET Cake

cake recipe:

310 flour
16 gr cocoa
5 g baking soda
4g salt
mix the dry ingredients
115 g butter
300 g sugar
240 cl milk
2 eggs
200 g oil
1 spoon of vinegar
liquid vanilla flavor
red color.

Mix everything then add the 1st flour mixture




Cream:


300 g liquid cream
450 Philadelphia cheese or other
180 g icing sugar
liquid vanilla
