Pizza Crust


Pizza Crust with Cheese

Recipe: 

Dough: 
300g flour Lukewarm water 
4 tablespoons olive oil Yeast 
1 tablespoon of sugar 
1 pinch of salt 

Put everything in the robot for a 10 min petrin pendant then leave the dough aside for 1 hour 




Sauce : 
Onions 
Garlic 
Olive oil 
3 peeled and mashed tomatoes 
Thyme and oregano 
Salt and pepper 






Spread the dough by offering the flour,
put cheese (mozzarella or emmental) on the edges and close it
add the sauce and the garnish of your choice (I added the minced meat mushrooms, salami, peppers and cheese) Bake in preheated oven at 190 • pendant 15min.
