My Macaroons

 
Very easy and successful macaroons,
 it's the 750g recipe

125 g almond powder
225 g icing sugar
100 g egg whites (3 egg whites)
25 g caster sugar or caster sugar Coloring in gel or powder,
 or 8g of cocoa for the chocolate macaroons



Preparation


STEP 1:

 Mix the almond powder and icing sugar then sift the mixture.
Whisk the egg whites and 3 times the sugar,
then mix with a mixer at medium speed.

When the mixture has a frothy appearance, the dye appears,
 then pour the sieved powders.


 


STEP 2:

Line the macaroons with a pastry bag with a smooth tip (8-10 mm).
Let it crust in the open air for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and cook the macaroons for 15 minutes, keeping a close eye on the cooking.
For the ganache Boil 150g of 35% crème fraîche and add 80g of white chocolate and the aroma of your choice.

 Mix with a spatula and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
